Focus groups among Latino farmworker populations: recommendations for implementation
Article Abstract:
Focus group discussions are means of gathering qualitative information from particular groups of people by interacting with them. The successful conduct of focus group discussions among Latino workers in the US can be achieved by engaging a person with similar gender and background as those of the participants as the facilitator. Involvement of community leaders will promote acceptance of the investigators by the community members. It will also be useful to hold the discussions in the locality.

Diffusion and translation: Business groups in the New Israeli corporate law
Article Abstract:
A focus is made on corporate law reform in Israel, particularly questioning why the new corporate law does not refer to business groups which form a salient part of the Israeli big-business economy. A suggestion is made that the Americanization of the Israeli legal culture was materialized via local actors who imported U.S. ideas while adapting them to prevailing legal culture.
