Article Abstract:
The failure of companies to achieve profitability and efficiency may be attributed to the incapacity of managers to enhance workforce performance. Bridging the gap between the best- and worst-performing employees does not only lead to improved customer service and high-quality products, but also result in better profitability. To enhance employee performance, companies are encouraged to adopt standards aimed at enhancing communication between employees and promoting the concept of teamwork.
