Article Abstract:
Analysis of the possibility for correcting the depopulation trajectory and stabilizing population dynamics is discussed. Russia's current condition, which is a goal-oriented demographic policy, is the only course of action that makes all the reforms being carried out in Russia reasonable where the general vector of Russia's demographic development in the 21st century is further population decline.
