Why don't social workers make better child welfare workers than non-social workers?
Article Abstract:
An argument to Dr. Robin Perry's analyses of child welfare workers in the state of Florida is presented. It is suggested that the research question should have discussed the similarities in the sample instead of waiting for differences to come out.
