Trapped under an island: a cave dive gone wrong
Article Abstract:
A diving instructor recounts a cave dive in one of the islands in Bermuda. The dive was highlighted by the collapse of several limestone slabs that trapped the divers inside the island. The experience taught the diver not to dive caves without proper training.

Caught in the invisible death grip of a down draft current
Article Abstract:
Most divers encounter difficulties in traversing strong downcurrents. Inexperience, however, is no excuse for not knowing what to do in such a situation. As such, a diver's unfortunate experience with downcurrents is discussed.

Lost under the ice for a lack of a compass

A scuba diver describes a winter dive near the Fort Peck Dam in Montana. One diver who had no compass became lost and died under an expanse of ice.
