1997 Honda CR250R: quantum crosser?

Article Abstract:

Honda's 1997 CR250 model is an impressive motocross bike that, at 234 lbs. with gas, is the lightest in the 250-cc. category. Although it is not perfect, the torsional and lateral stiffness of its aluminum frame is improved.

Motocross at its best: Honda CR250R vs. Kawasaki KX250 vs. KTM250SX vs. Suzuki RM250 vs. Yamaha YZ250

Article Abstract:

Five 250cc motocross motorcycles were tested and compared by an 11-man test crew. Riders voted the Kawasaki KX250 the winner, with the Honda CR250R taking a close second. The Suzuki RM250 ranked in fifth place.
