Allergy-free trail food
Article Abstract:
Only about 1% of the population has true food allergies, but many more have food intolerances. The most common foods that trigger allergic reactions are nuts, milk, corn, wheat, eggs and citrus fruits. Recipes presented include chick pea fritters and hearty miso soup with shrimp.
