Are super-sidecuts safe?

Super-sidecut skis may reduce the risk of having a fall because they provide more balance, turn more easily and cause less fatigue. However, skiers who do fall using these skis are more likely to have a more severe injury because the design of the ski causes the leg to twist during a fall.
