Sail trimmers are the members of a sailboat racing team that maneuver the sails to help steer the boat and optimize speed. A good sail trimmer can anticipate the captain's moves in any given tactical situation. A behind-the-scenes look at the sail trimmers of the AmericaOne team is presented.
