Article Abstract:

American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA), in its new decision, has allowed the entry of 'cropouts' horses that were previously deemed to have excessive white markings. The history of the rule and an overview on the new regulation is described and discussion with both Quarter Horse and Paint breeders to get their perspectives on the ways the change could affect both breeds is made.
