Oxford, Maryland is a tourist destination that yachting enthusiasts should not fail to see when cruising the Chesapeake Bay. The town, which was a thriving port during the 17th and 18th centuries, has become a sophisticated town with lots of history, lovely old houses and gardens and boatyards.
