Does fatigue induced by repeated dynamic efforts affect hamstring muscle function?
Article Abstract:
Fatigue induced by repeated dynamic efforts and whether or not it affects hamstring muscle function are discussed. A study was carried out with twelve skilled male rugby players performing three maximal 40-meter sprints. It was found that the changes in the kinematic and EMG parameters of sprint running served mainly as protective mechanisms to cut stress placed on the hamstring muscles at critical phases of the stride cycle.

Effects of short-duration and long-duration exercise on lipoprotein(a)
Article Abstract:
Researchers hypothesize that increased concentrations lipoprotein A and creatine kinase would be found in people subjected to long-duration, rather than short-duration exercise. Findings suggest that there is not a relationship between plasma lipoprotein A concentrations and long duration exercise that causes minor muscle damage.

Case report: reduction of low back pain in a professional golfer
