Edible prevention: fruits and veggies lower bladder-cancer risk
Article Abstract:
Research shows that men who have diet rich in fruits and vegetables have a 60% lower risk of developing bladder cancer. Antiodixant beta-carotene is suspected to be a factor in developing the cancer. Other ways to prevent the disease include reducing fat and not smoking.

A study of 32 infants revealed that sudden growth spurts of up to one-half an inch in a 24-hour period are quite common. Often, the baby is fussy immediately prior to the sleep that normally precedes such a growth spurt.
