Eight weeks of aromatase inhibition using the nutritional supplement Novedex XT: Effects in young, eugonadal men
Article Abstract:
The impact of an aromatase-inhibiting nutritional supplement, Novedex XT, on serum steroid hormones, body composition, and clinical safety markers was studied on sixteen eugonadal young men for eight weeks. It was found that Novedex XT had no effect on blood and urinary clinical safety markers or on any serum hormones but raises the serum androgen levels remarkably and reduces fat mass.

Reduction in muscle glycogen and protein utilization with glucose feeding during exercise
Article Abstract:
Glucose was fed on total body substrate utilization during rigorous exercise in trained males and the effects were examined. The results prove that glucose ingestion during exercise could spare endogenous protein and carbohydrate, in fed cyclists, without glycogen depletion.
