Fill your plate and lose weight

Article Abstract:

Getting enough to eat can help people trying to lose weight from feeling deprived. Filling 50% of one's plate with vegetables rather than meat is recommended. The portion of grains should almost as large as the portion of vegetables. Meat should take up only one-third of the plate.
