He speaks about recruiting young hunters into the sport's diminishing ranks.

Grayson Chesser, who lives Chesapeake, Virginia, on the Eastern Shore, makes his living by decoy carving and guiding duck hunters. He states that he is filled with a sense of fulfillment when he watches a bird cup its wing and go in to the decoys he had made.
