Article Abstract:

The National Sleep Foundation estimated that 74 percent of women sleep less than eight hours, averaging 6 hours and 41 minutes, during their work week, that make them less alert and more restless during the day. The sleep that actually helps should not only be quantitative but also qualitative and thus some advice on making quality sleep is given.

Junkie foods

Article Abstract:

The fat-sugar combination of trigger foods such as cookies and cupcakes appear to suppress the body's production of cortisol, a harmone secreted in response to stress, casing a calming effect. Studies show that the same reason makes the people get addicted to such foods.
