The Great Pumpkin Regatta is an annual sailboat race held in the San Francisco Bay at Halloween. It is light-hearted event that features floating pumpkins to snare, a trivia quiz and a reverse-handicap pursuit race. The theme of the 1995 regatta was 'A Tribute to Duct Tape.'
