Honesty on trial
Article Abstract:
It is estimated that one per cent of clinical trials are improperly carried out. One such case was uncovered by a nurse who was working in a doctors' surgery when she realized that one of the doctors was falsifying clinical records relating to drug trials. This is very dangerous because patients' lives may be at risk if the trials are not accurately documented. It also jeopardizes the integrity of scientific research. Medicolegal Investigations is a company which will investigate any suspected cases of fraud.
