Dyeing fly-tying materials with Kool-Aid crystals can be easy and economical, as it can be dyed, dried and tied in less than 30 minutes. These crystals are inexpensive, come in wide range of colors and are easily available in the market. They can be used in dyeing natural or synthetic yarn, all types of feathers, furs, goose biots, rabbit hides, deer hides, elk hides, moose hair and muskrat skins.

An angler's opinion about the U.S. President George W. Bush administration's new environmental policy is presented. The so-called environmental advocates in the administration are hardly doing anything to save the environment, natural habitat or the fish families from the increasing pollutants. The harmful effects of pollutants on the fish families and the natural habitat are discussed.
