Donzi's latest, the 27ZX, is designed with a ground-up stepped hull to minimize wetted surface and allows more air aft for breaking the hull/water vacuum. Its lone engine hatch operated by electric ram features quick-pin disconnect available for manual use. It runs at a maximum speed of 63.7 mph.
