Low-fat, lip-smacking turkey BBQ

Shredded turkey barbecue can be as flavorful as traditional pork or beef barbecue, but much lower in fat and calories. Turkey tenders are simmered in chicken broth, tomatoes and spices for 45 minutes, shredded, and then sauce is added. A recipe for homemade barbecue sauce is included.
