Man of steal: getting fit may help you snitch more time

A study has indicated that men who become physically fit have approximately a 50% chance of living longer than those who are not fit. The study, which spanned five years, also indicated that men who stayed fit for the entire time had the best chance of living longer.

A study has indicated that women, between ages 50-65, tend to get more exercise in their daily activities than men of the same age. Indications are that women are engaged in moderate to intense activities about 17% of the time, compared with 11% of the time for men.
