Article Abstract:

Research indicates that 30 to 45 grams of ground flaxseed consumed each day in a beverage or breakfast cereal seems to improve kidney functions in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Flax may lower the PAF blood factor that causes inflammation.

Uncomplicate pregnancy: magnesium compound edges out newer drugs

Article Abstract:

Research indicates that injected magnesium sulfate is more effective than the anticonvulsant phenytoin in preventing the seizures in pregnant women caused by eclampsia. Dietary magnesium does not have similar effects.
