Former 'Baywatch' actress Alexandra Paul and one-time Dallas Cowboy Butch Johnson discuss their experiences training for and competing in Iron Man and Triathlon competitions. Both discuss concerns of friends and family members over the difficulties and dangers of such a grueling endeavor.
