The National Audubon Society, Defenders of Wildlife, and Wilderness Society filed a lawsuit that caused the US Fish and Wildlife Service to ban cattle grazing at Hart Mountain National Antelope Refuge in Oregon. Ranchers are protesting because they believe their cattle have a right to graze.
