Article Abstract:

Deer hunting in Kansas is discussed and the issue of a legal loophole to avoid prosecuting hunters is examined, with reference to the opinion of James Fetters, a county attorney. Excessive numbers of whitetails in Kansas and the policy of the Kansas Wildlife and Parks Service appear to have caused this problem.
