A survey of 50 basketball, baseball, and football players indicates that 24% consider Marv Albert the best sportscaster on television, followed by Chris Berman at 14%. Most of the players (85%) also claim that they have been misquoted at least once. These and other survey results are discussed.

Twenty-five sportswriters interviewed 156 major league baseball players about important issues facing baseball. The results of the poll, and individual responses from players are presented. Fans voting for All-Star teams and inter-league play are just two of the issues discussed.

Sport magazine polled 168 NFL players to get their opinion on some of the issues of the day. Use of steroids, contract renegotiation, artificial turf, and rating of players and coaches were some of the topics discussed. Poll results are presented.
