Petrified Panhead: World's first Fat Boy?
Article Abstract:
A 1949 Harley-Davidson Panhead that resembles an early 50's bike is showcased in the Wheels Through Time Museum located in Maggie Valley also known as 'The Museum that Runs'. Founder and curator Dale Walksler has spent nearly 40 years in assembling his extensive 250-vehicle collection of rare American motorcycles and automobiles.
