The Sierra Nevada ski area in Southern Spain has two peaks over 11,000 ft, and a vertical drop of 3,420 ft. A man who stayed there for four days describes the ski runs, the accommodations, the restaurants and the social scene. He also describes his visit to the Costa del Sol.

Mohawk Mountain Pres Carol Lugar grew up at the ski area. The ski area does not offer gimmicks, just scenic, relatively easy trails. The lodge, which has a fireplace, a large deck and decent food, does not serve alcohol.
