Galleys on powerboats are a waste of space and money. No one seriously cooks gourmet meals on board, and the heavy appliance reduce the boat's performance. Boats only need a refrigerator for beer and enough cooking equipment to satisfy the IRS mortgage-interest deduction requirement.
