CADS helps to stabilize a skiers legs, reducing mistakes and fatigue. A fiberglass rod is attached to a swivel base behind the boot, and this is connected via a rubber band to a webbed mesh strap that goes around the thigh. Commonly asked questions about CADS are answered.
