Symptoms of a good life

Walking has enabled a 53-year-old man to overcome his weight problem and obesity-related disorder called sleep apnea. His fear for his life made him stop smoking, adopt a low-fat, high-fiber diet and walk everyday. His success has encouraged his wife to join him in his daily walks.
