A sandwich that has proper ingredients can serve as a complete and healthy meal for swimmers who just finished practicing. It can provide the sustenance that the body needs after a workout since it can be packed with the right amount of carbohydrates, protein and vitamins. However, for a sandwich to be nutritious and healthy, it must have all the right ingredients, such as whole-grain breads or rolls, low- or non-fat spread, lean-meat, chicken or fish stuffings and fresh vegetables as extras.

Lose it in the pool

Article Abstract:

Three swimmers were able to lose weight without depriving themselves of eating. This proves that losing weight does not necessarily mean abstaining from eating. Aside from swimming, it could be done by being aware of the amount of calories being taken and controlling it by consuming broiled foods, nonfat desserts, salads with reduced fat, and others. In trying to lose weight, it is also important to feed the body with the proper nutrition.
