The best cycling cities

Montreal, Canada, took the number one spot in Bicycling magazine's roundup of the best urban settings for biking. The city is home to immigrants from cultures that consider bikes as means of transportation and recreation. Portland, OR, took the second spot, while Tucson, AZ, was ranked the third best cycling city.
