The Coral Bay Kids And The Sea (KATS) program reflects the unique warmth of the area's cruising community. Headed by Fletcher Pitts and Robin Clair, KATS is a training program on sailing and seamanship for local children, established in 1988 following the drowning of three young Virgin Islanders.
