W. D. Wetherell shares her experience when she drove up to Buffalo Ford on the Yellowstone for the fifth time, which was renamed Nez Perce Ford with the flight of the Nez Perce tribe through the park in 1877. Her fishing experience in the Yellowstone Lake is discussed.

The useful application of emus feathers for holding the mayfly nimphs is presented. The nymphs can be tied to a single feather that can sustain rigorous fishing conditions.
