Motorcycle racers perform well when they are surrounded by people they are comfortable and familiar with. Often, poor showing on the race track is due to poor team relation. The presence of a supportive team and a perceptive team manager is crucial in maintaining top racing performance.

Article Abstract:

The American Motorcyclist Assn. (AMA) is sponsoring races that are apart from the games sponsored by the Championship Cup Series (CCS). The AMA made this decision after former manager Roger Edmondson formed the CCS to handle roadracing competitions.
