The present batch of American male tennis players may be the best ever in US tennis history. Pete Sampras, Michael Chang, Andre Agassi, Jim Courier, Todd Martin, MaliVai Washington and David Wheaton have raised the sport's quality and sportsmanship, as well as public interest in tennis.
