Think big!
Article Abstract:
Being fit means maintaining one's ideal weight and not, as many people think, being thin. People who want or need to lose weight should check with their doctors prior to starting any fitness program to assess their health risks and fitness levels and to be able to tailor their exercise programs. They ought to shift their focus from the need to diet to learning about nutrition and exercise. They ought to select activities which interest them, and when they have mastered this, they should try another.
