Reap began her career at Runner's World in 1996 and her first assignment was to cover 'the run of the century,' The Boston Marathon. For the Michael Johnson cover, she selected photographer Michael Lavine. It took hours to make the finally decision from all of the excellent shots of Johnson.

Bart Yasso, the manager of the Race Sponsorship Program for Runner's World magazine, has become the best-known staffer on the magazine. Yasso has met about a million runners in his work, which has taken him around the US and to various countries ranging from Nepal to Tanzania.
