Four steps to people suffering from thyroid-gland disorder are suggested. Sushi, seafood or sea vegetables will help remain healthy, cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and cabbage should be cooked to inactivate bad compounds, mouth should be rinsed well after brushing to avoid fluoride toothpaste and a good sleep to keep away stress.
