Triathlon tricks

Article Abstract:

Tips that can shave time during a triathlon include wearing contact lenses and a wet suit during the swim portion and beginning the swim away from the crowd. Wearing a swimsuit for the rest of the race is a good idea, and packing should be done carefully before the race.

Doin' the Charleston

Article Abstract:

The 10-kilometer Cooper River Bridge Run is held every year on Apr 1 and attracts close to 7,000 runners. The route offers spectacular views of the Charleston harbor and a challenging climb up the Cooper River Bridge. One runner describes the route.
