Article Abstract:

A growing number of physical therapists (PTs) are exploring issues involving personality types and using their findings to enhance their own performance, increase their job satisfaction and leverage the strengths of their colleagues and patients. Personality and temperament assessments are emerging as effective tools to help clinicians and educate them in this process.
