The prediction of safe lifting behavior: An application of the theory of planned behavior
Article Abstract:
A study used a survey to apply the theory of planned behavior to safe-lifting among 136 materials management employees at a heavy manufacturing organization. Results revealed that perceived behavioral control and intention were the strongest predictors of safe-lifting behavior.

A safety self-management intervention for mining operations
Article Abstract:
The study conducted to examine the efficacy of a safety self-management process to increase safety-related work practices in mining operations is discussed. This was evaluated by the quasi-experimental field study.
