Improving customer satisfaction through call center data mining
Article Abstract:
According to the customer call data research of Edmonton Transit System in Alberta, a large number of calls were made by parents inquiring about their children's conduct on buses. The services of ETS to provide clarity on customer satisfaction trends by analyses of call center data are discussed.

Smaller but still smart VSAT

Very small aperture terminal (VSAT) systems are now available for marine communications and are cheaper than Inmarsat services. The first of these systems were large and costly, but smaller terminals are being used today, allowing more ships to use the systems.
