Indentical Goods Don't Need Identification
Article Abstract:
Fungible goods are purchased every day. They are items of which one unit equals any other unit. Examples of fungible goods are oils, nails, and grains. Fungible goods also include packaging unit such as bales and bags. These goods are normally sold by weight or count. Identification of the fungible goods as items in a contract is a legal issue which is disputed frequently. Several examples are given of court cases involving indentical fungible goods.

Purchasing Contracts Must Be Legal to Be Valid
Article Abstract:
Illegal purchasing contracts are not provided for redress under current laws. Certain exceptions listed allow for some degree of recovery of payments. It is important to set specific prices on specific items to insure against the event of some parts being illegal. Knowledge of local laws is beneficial. Usury, and the differences among states are discussed.
