New York rail projects top $12 billion
Article Abstract:
An annual rail study revealed that the total rail-project costs in New York has increased to 65 million dollars in 2004 which is a 10 percent increase as compared to the year 2003. According to the study, the MTA New York City Transit (NYCT) tops the listings among the top 50 passenger rail projects with a total project cost of 12 million dollars.
