2008 outlook - the economy
Article Abstract:
The United States economic meltdown can affect Canada in two ways: trade, which includes tourism and global commodity prices. The parity of the Canadian dollar with the U.S. dollar can also have a negative effect on the foodservice industry. Industry forecasts and segment trends and the baby boomer market are also discussed.
