The 40000 square feet spread over four floors, Star City Casino in Birmingham, UK opened to long queues in November 2003 but the moot point is can it live up to its pre-opening hype and sustain growth. Going by membership figures, around 13000 members, the casino is here to stay and with the addition of live entertainment coupled with interesting slot areas this is one American import, the people of UK will love.
